Coldplay and BTS’s “My Universe” has reached 1 billion streams on Spotify

On May 19, BTS and Coldplay’s 2021 collaboration song “My Universe” officially reached Spotify’s 1 billion stream list.

This became the fourth song for BTS to reach 1 billion streams after “Butter”, “Boy With Luv” and “Dynamite”, making BTS the only Korean artist to achieve the 1 billion streams feat on Spotify with 4 songs.

This song, a collaboration between two world-famous boy bands, will be released in 2021. With its release on September 24th, “My Universe” reached the record of 1 billion views on the platform, just 1 year and 7 months after its release.
