Jennie was reported to be leaving YG

BLACKPINK member Jennie is rumored to be leaving YG Entertainment.

On July 15th, BLACKPINK member Jennie was spotted outside the hotel she was staying at in Paris, France. In front of the camera, Jennie was beaming and constantly waving to fans.

This is Jennie’s first public appearance since the rumors of her departure from YG.

Earlier on the July 14 episode of “Dua Lipa: At Your Service,” Jennie talked about her artistic journey as a singer.

There, Jennie recalled her trainee days with the members of BLACKPINK, saying, “The good thing about my previous label was that not only did they want me to sing in Korean, but there were also a lot of pop songs.”

Some netizens believe that the label Jennie is referring to is YG, and on the other hand, interestingly, Jennie used the past instead of saying that YG is her current label, raising suspicions that YG has left.

However, some fans pointed out that the label mentioned by Jennie is not YG itself, but a subsidiary of YG, but up until now, YG has not given an official solution to the rumors that Jennie has left YG.
