Jennie’s “You and Me” song’s licensing information has been leaked, raising speculation among fans
Jennie’s unreleased new song “You and Me”, which she previously sang during BLACKPINK’s world tour ‘Born Pink’, has been licensed by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers is known to license public entertainment rights to broadcasters and digital streaming services.
Based on the organization’s licensing of Jennie’s “You and Me,” some speculated that Jennie might be preparing for her first solo comeback since the release of “SOLO.”
Also, some believe that the possibility of Jennie’s solo comeback is another hint that BLACKPINK will renew her contract with YG Entertainment.
The members of BLACKPINK are expected to find out their exclusive contract renewal decisions by the end of this month.
