Son Ye Jin bought this building for 16 billion won and recently chose Won Building as a financial advisor and sold the building for 30 billion won.

So, the actress was able to collect up to 14 billion in profit from this building alone. Currently, Son Ye Jin owns a building with one basement and two ground floors in Yeoksam-dong.

In August last year, she bought the building she currently owns under contract for 24.4 billion won, and insiders estimate that she will be able to find a profit of 15 billion won when reselling it.
