Super Junior members Donghae and Lee Seol will be co-starring in a new love drama

Super Junior members Donghae and Lee Seol will be starring together in an upcoming romance drama.

On June 16, Xportsnews reported that Donghae and Lee Seol will be paired as the main leads of Channel A’s new drama “Man and Woman.”

Based on a popular webtoon of the same name, “Man and Woman” depicts the story of Hyun Sung and Sung Ok, a couple who broke up due to a momentary mistake and reunited after nearly 7 years.

Realistic and relatable, the romantic drama aims to simultaneously depict the boredom and affection that exist for long-term couples.

After the news broke, Donghae’s agency SM Entertainment said, “Although his appearance has not been confirmed, this is a project he is considering.” Similarly, Lee Seol’s agency Just Entertainment explained that she is considering the offer positively.

Donghae has been offered the role of Jung Hyun Sung, a fashion designer who spends his time struggling in a business while losing sight of love and dreams.

Lee Seol has been offered the role of jewelry designer Han Sung Ok, who will lead the brand alongside Hyun Sung.

“Man and Woman” is scheduled to start airing in the second half of this year.
