YG confirmed that Jennie will not be starring in Marvel

YG Entertainment has responded to rumors that Jennie will join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In the past few days, the BLACKPINK member will appear in Marvel’s new series ‘Kingdom War – New Agents of Atlas’, many media reported.

According to reports, Jennie will be a member of the New Agents of Atlas, the first Asian superhero team in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

She will be playing Seol Hee, aka K-Pop singer and superhero Luna Snow. Like Jennie, Luna Snow speaks both Korean and English.

However, YG Entertainment denied the rumor and said, “There is no such offer yet.” Currently, Jennie is starring as a backup dancer Dyanne in HBO’s ‘The Idol’, which aired earlier this month.
